FactoryGrids is a native macOS operations platform for product-based businesses, and a product of Atlas Product Group. In this policy, "FactoryGrids", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Atlas Product Group operating the FactoryGrids brand.
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this marketing website and when you use its contact and invitation-request form. Its scope is the website. The application data section below explains how that differs from using the FactoryGrids app and the services you connect to it.
Information we collect
There are no accounts to create and no payments taken on this website. The information described below includes details you choose to submit when the form is available, and technical information processed when pages load.
Information you give us through the form
When the contact and invitation-request form is available, you choose what to share. The form may include:
- Name, so we know who we are talking to.
- Email, so we can reply to you.
- Company and role, which are optional and help us understand your context.
- Team or shop size, to help us understand your setup.
- What you make or want to solve, to help us understand your request.
- Message, where you can tell us anything else in your own words.
Only your name and a valid email address are required. Everything else is optional.
Technical and analytics data
Like most websites, our hosting and delivery layer records basic technical and log information when pages load, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We may also look at aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs. Service providers we rely on
The website uses hosting and form-processing providers:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website, and provides security and performance for it. In serving pages, Cloudflare processes standard technical and log data such as IP addresses.
- Web3Forms is the configured form-processing service. When the form is enabled and you submit it, Web3Forms receives your details to process and deliver your request. Its processing can include submission storage, email delivery, and spam prevention, as described in its privacy policy.
Providers may use their own infrastructure and subprocessors, including processing in multiple countries. Submission handling and provider retention depend on the service and its configured settings. The provider's privacy policy describes its processing; this policy describes our use of the information we receive.
Application data and this policy
FactoryGrids stores core operational records on your Mac and configured storage. Using the app can also involve exchanging data with the services you enable:
- Connected sales platforms, such as Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify, use the accounts you authorize to exchange supported data, such as orders, listings, and inventory. Available actions and permissions depend on the connector.
- Hosted AI receives the prompts, operational context, and attachments included in requests to the provider you select.
- Optional integrations and cloud backups exchange the data needed for the features and destinations you configure.
This section explains the distinction between website collection and application data. It is not a complete application privacy notice. A connected service's own terms and privacy notice apply to its handling of data. Review the settings and permissions for each service you enable.
Browser storage and cookies
The website uses browser session storage to remember an optional color preference for your browsing session. Hosting and security services may also process technical information or use cookies according to their settings. The technical and analytics data described above is used for security and site performance. You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as needed to respond to your request, manage related follow-up, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Technical and aggregate analytics data is kept only as long as it is useful for security and for understanding site performance. Providers may retain separate records under their own policies and configured service settings. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Children
This is a business to business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the website or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, so it is worth checking back.
